The first round of the Paratri Super Series took place at Oulton Park as paratriathletes raced in the British Paraduathlon Championships. The race saw them complete a 2.5km run of the Oulton Park track followed by a 10km bike leg before ending with a 1.25km run.
Dave Ellis and his guide Jack Hutchens put in the fastest time of anyone across all the categories to win the Open PTVI race. They were followed over the line by Harry Hughes and his guide before Nat Costigan, guided by Oliver Taylor capped off the podium. Robert Sears and his guide finished fourth.
In the Female PTVI race Sophie Green and her guide were on the top step of the podium with Gemma Peterman and her guide in second place.
The Open PTS5 race saw Oliver Scott claim the national title and top spot on the podium ahead of Jack Green. Florian Combe rounded off the podium with a third-place finish. The female PTS5 race was won by Claire Cashmore.
Colin Wallace was the winner in the Open PTS4 race. He was joined on the podium by Michael Fox (second) and Ben Molnar (third).
Ethan Dent was the winner in the Open PTS2 race with Nathanael Hill finishing second. In the female PTS2 race Hattie Woodhouse was the winner.
The Open PTWC race saw Luke Applegate claim the gold medal with Bret Crossley in second place.
