Entries for the 2024 British Triathlon Super Series Performance Assessments are now open

11/01/2024

Taking place on Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 April at University of Nottingham Swimming Pool and Prestwold Hall, the weekend is the official start of the Youth and Junior Super Series with the first set of points up for grabs.

Youth and Junior athletes (born in or between 2005 and 2009) who have not competed at the Performance Assessments before and are not a member of a Regional Academy will need to attend an Academy-led bike session within their region to test their bike skills ahead of the Performance Assessments. Athletes who need to attend a bike session can contact their relevant Regional Academy Lead here, athletes based in Scotland please contact performancepathway@triathlonscotland.org, and in Wales, Welsh Academy Lead, VickyJohnston@welshtriathlon.org

Senior athletes will also be able to compete, however there will be no points on offer. Any senior athletes who did not compete in the 2023 series or finished outside of the top-20 overall at a 2023 Super Series event must attend the performance assessments weekend. We highly recommend that any athletes who finished between 10th and 20th at a 2023 Super Series Event also attend the Performance Assessments Weekend in order to increase their likelihood of achieving 2024 race starts. A list of Senior top-10 and top-20 finishes can be found on the Resources page.

To enter the event and for more information on the event please see the Performance Assessment webpage.
